We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by defining and executing a comprehensive testing strategy. Your responsibilities will encompass API testing, database/report testing, and user interface testing, as well as a hands-on approach to implementing this strategy.

Job Responsibilities

1. Test Strategy and Planning: Define a robust test strategy, test plan, and risk assessment for various testing areas, including API, database/report, and user interface testing.
2. End-to-End Quality Responsibility: Take full ownership of the QA process, ensuring that our products meet both functional and non-functional specifications.
3. Team Supervision and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of manual and automation test engineers to help them excel in their roles and contribute to our overall quality goals.
4. Automation Framework Development: Develop and enhance automation frameworks and transform manual test cases and test plans into automated tests, covering regression, smoke, and feature testing.
5. Quality Metrics and Goal Setting: Leverage your experience to prepare quality metrics and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to set and drive quality objectives for our projects.
6. Issue Identification and Resolution: Identify and analyze issues, bugs, and defects, working closely with stakeholders to classify and recommend resolutions for these issues.
7. Customer-Centric Approach: Regularly review customer feedback, product requirements, and user issues to enhance testing coverage and ensure that we meet customer expectations.
8. Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and understanding the nuances of these platforms which will help in effective testing.
9. DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines: Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools and practices to ensure seamless, automated testing and deployment.
10. Performance Testing: Proficient with tools such as JMeter for load testing, stress testing, and performance monitoring to ensure the application performs well under various conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Computer Science (B.Sc, M.Sc IT), or Engineering (B.E, B.Tech).
• Master's degree in relevant fields (MCA, M.Sc IT) is a plus.

As a product manager on our dynamic and driven team, you will be responsible for owning the development and delivery of new and existing products by conducting market research, creating product timeframes and plans, and crafting marketing strategies for new products.

Job Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for one or more new or exiting products
• Drive the delivery of innovative new products to keep the business relevant and competitive
• Conduct market research to identify user need for new products
• Prioritize product opportunities and requirements
• Establish requirements and specifications for existing and new products
• Clearly communicate vision and goals of existing and new products
• Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products
• Work with global, cross-functional teams in business, product, design, and engineering
• Demostrate functionality of completed products to internal teamm members and other stakeholders
• Develop metrics to assess to success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements
• Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and company offerings

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, technical degree prefered
• 6+ years of product management of other relevent experience
• Experience with product management for software and tech products
• Experience with SaaS products a big plus - especially in marketing technologies
• Experience in working with US based teams (internal or customer facing) a big plus
• Experience working directly with designers to design and iterate on products
• Technology experience whether in front-end or back-end development a big plus (but not essential) to understand specific technical needs around mobile APIs and 3rd party integrations.
• Ability to creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Interpersonal skills with keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
